Monument MicroCap Partners Completes Recapitalization of Kelly Roofing Holdings, LLC

Indianapolis, IN.   Monument MicroCap Partners, LLC (“Monument”), an Indianapolis-based private equity firm, announced today that on September 25, 2020 it closed a recapitalization transaction with Kelly Roofing Holdings, LLC (“Kelly Roofing” or “the Company”).    Based in Bonita Springs, Florida and founded in 1972, Kelly Roofing installs replacement residential and commercial roofing systems, and repairs existing roofs in Florida.  Kelly Roofing’s services include roof replacement, roof repair, accessories (gutters, skylights, roof cleaning, etc.), inspection and insurance claims, and emergency repair work.
