Monument MicroCap Partners Announces Recapitalization of NIHG Services, LLC by Synergy IOM, LLC

Monument MicroCap Partners, LLC (“Monument”), a Midwest-based private equity firm, announced today that on February 23, 2026, its portfolio company, Synergy IOM LLC (“Synergy”) recapitalized NIHG Services, LLC (“NIHG”). NIHG provides administrative and operational support services to healthcare providers across the United States. Its core business centers on credentialing, contracting, and payor enrollment, enabling medical professionals and institutions to participate effectively within complex insurance networks.
