Monument MicroCap Partners, LLC (“Monument”), a Midwest-based private equity firm, announced today that that on January 15, 2025, its portfolio company Kelly Roofing Holdings, LLC (“Kelly Roofing”) completed the acquisition of Integrity Roofing & Gutters Inc. (“Integrity”). Based in Orlando, Florida, Integrity is a roofing contractor that provides roof replacement, roof repairs, solar roofing solutions, and gutter services. Integrity serves customers in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina with a primary focus on multifamily residential and commercial projects. The new strategic partnership with Integrity will allow Kelly Roofing to enter the multifamily residential and commercial markets and access customers in new geographies while adding depth in existing markets.

Integrity represents the third add-on acquisition by Kelly Roofing since its recapitalization by Monument in September 2020. Kelly Roofing’s previous add-on acquisitions include Reliant Roofing (based in Jacksonville, Florida; recapitalized July 2021), and JJ Quality Builders (based in Palm Beach County, Florida; recapitalized February 2024).
