Monument MicroCap Partners Announces Command Investigations, LLC Has Acquired The Citadel Agency

Monument MicroCap Partners, LLC (“Monument”), a Midwest-based private equity firm, announced today that its portfolio company, Command Investigations LLC (“Command”) completed the acquisition of The Citadel Agency. Based in Orlando, FL, The Citadel Agency (“Citadel”) team boasts over 100 years of combined experience in risk management, both corporate and private due diligence, unique and extreme vetting services, SIU, investigative services, law enforcement and security.

Citadel represents the fourth add-on acquisition by Command since its recapitalization by Monument in May 2019.  In December 2019, Command recapitalized Investigations By King, LLC, located just outside of Pittsburgh PA. In August 2020, Command recapitalized Discovery Surveillance, Inc. with offices in Albuquerque, NM and Richmond, TX. In May 2022, Command recapitalized Specialized Investigations, headquartered in Los Angeles, CA.
