Monument MicroCap Partners Announces Champion Wellness Centers Has Acquired NuVita Chiropractic

Monument MicroCap Partners, LLC (“Monument”), a Midwest-based private equity firm, announced today that its portfolio company, Champion Wellness Centers (“Champion”) completed the acquisition of NuVita Chiropractic (“NuVita”). Based in Tampa, Florida, NuVita is a wellness-focused chiropractic clinic with an emphasis on posture and subluxation correction using hands on adjusting. Founded in 2019 by Dr. Austin Chase, NuVita has grown into a high-performing practice with a loyal patient base.

NuVita represents the second add-on acquisition by Champion since its recapitalization by Monument in March 2024. In February 2025, Champion acquired Brandon Spine & Injury Center, located in Brandon, Florida.
