Monument MicroCap Partners Announces Champion Wellness Centers Has Acquired Dr. Lichter & Associates

Monument MicroCap Partners, LLC (“Monument”), a Midwest-based private equity firm, announced today that its portfolio company, Champion Wellness Centers (“Champion”) completed the acquisition of Dr. Lichter & Associates (“Lichter”), a long-standing chiropractic clinic located in Tampa, Florida.

Founded in 1995, Lichter has served patients in the Hillsborough County area for over 30 years, earning a strong reputation for personalized, high-quality chiropractic care. As Dr. Lichter retires, Champion will assume operations of the clinic and continue serving patients from the same location, ensuring a smooth transition and uninterrupted care under Champion’s experienced clinical team.

Dr. Lichter said, “After over three decades in practice, it was important to me to find a partner who would care for my patients with the same attention and integrity I’ve always valued. Champion shares my commitment to patient-centered care and has the resources to continue serving our community at the highest level.”
